Tox Dysport, Botox, Jeuveau

Facial lines appear naturally as we age. Factors such as stress, poor diet and sun damage can speed up the aging process until deep lines and wrinkles begin to set in. Dysport, Botox or Jeuveau is a quick 30 minute treatment that is FDA approved and works beneath the surface and temporarily reduces the underlying muscle activity that causes moderate to severe lines in adults – to help them look better. Some patients receiving treatment report the injections feel like a pinch. You may begin to notice a visible smoothing lines within 3-7 days, with results lasting up to 3-5 months for moderate to severe lines. This is not a permanent treatment. If you discontinue treatment the moderate to severe lines will gradually return.

Sculptra

Turn back the clock with Sculptra. FDA approved Sculptra filler treatments are safe, simple cosmetic injections that minimize the signs of aging by smoothing wrinkles and fine lines, while also restoring volume and fullness to the skin.

Sculptra What Is Sculptra Filler? Aesthetic is most commonly used on the face to restore volume and fullness to nasolabial folds (smile lines), marionette lines, and wrinkles around the nose and mouth, as well as chin wrinkles. It also used on other body areas for cellulite smoothing, wrinkles on the elbows and knees, and as a nonsurgical butt lifts.

Unlike an HA filler, Sculptra utilizes PLLA to stimulate your body to produce new collagen over time. The result? Soft, natural looking results that last up to two years.

Sculptra is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment that reduces wrinkles and facial lines while creating a fuller, more youthful appearance to your face. This FDA-approved facial and body injectable, also known as the “liquid facelift,” works deep within the dermis. It fills in lines and wrinkles, and stimulates your body to produce new collagen and underlying tissue, which gradually restores the fullness and smooth texture to areas of the face most affected by aging.

Sculptra for the Body

Sculptra is also used for body rejuvenation. It can be used to enhance the appearance of the buttocks while adding more volume and shape (nonsurgical butt lift),and decreasing the appearance of cellulite and dimpling overall.

Natural Collagen Booster

Because Sculptra is a collagen stimulator, it doesn’t provide the filling action. Instead, it causes a reaction in the skin which forms new collagen, resulting in natural-looking results. The Sculptra itself is absorbed by the tissue and is gone about two years after a treatment, but the new collagen layer that is left behind may last two or more years. As a non-invasive procedure, Sculptra is perfect for those who want to give their faces a fresh look without the stitches or risks associated with cosmetic surgery.

Plasmasculpt

What is PlasmaSculpt® and how does it work?

PlasmaSculpt® Facial Rejuvenation is a procedure with a unique combination of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) and Sculptra. These two collagen stimulators are combined into one procedure and applied to targeted regions of the face through fine needles and cannulas. The treatment stimulates collagen and elastin, as well as your body’s natural support structure to reconstruct more youthful looking skin and volume.

What is PRF and why combine PRF with Sculptra?

PRF is a natural product created from your own body’s blood. When injected into specific areas of the skin, it promotes your own collagen to grow and regenerate tissue, naturally smoothing and tightening skin, softening wrinkles, and improving skin texture and tone. We strategically mix our concentrations, and plan the depths and placements for a safe and effective outcome. Traditional fillers do not occur naturally in our bodies. Some can even be rejected, especially with long term usage.

Fillers are instant, and therefore obvious, leaving many looking ‘filled’ and overdone. Plasmasculpt® works over time with the body’s natural process. So unlike traditional fillers, there are no obvious lines where PlasmaSculpt® treatments are placed.

Is PlasmaSculpt® Facial Rejuvenation right for you?

PlasmaSculpt® is right for you if you are looking for a natural way to enhance your appearance. You WILL look younger with PlasmaSculpt®! You will have tighter skin, increased elasticity, a healthy glow, and a natural looking, youthful end result.

What to expect before your procedure?

The consult is crucial to ensure your aesthetic goals can be addressed safely. During this time, we will assess and review your medical history.  The treatment, expectations, and aftercare of the procedure will also be discussed. If our assessment determines that you’re an excellent candidate for PlasmaSculpt®, a unique treatment plan will be created just for you!

What to expect during your treatment?

Most people report little to no discomfort at all. Your comfort is our priority, and topical anesthesia can be applied if desired. The PlasmaSculpt® treatment uses a combination of fine needles and MicroCannula injections to ensure adequate placement of product and less risk for bruising.

What to expect after your treatment?

The results produced are yours to keep, and touch ups are typically done every 2 years depending on one’s lifestyle and natural aging process. Additional PlasmaSculpt® packages can be added for further results. Some patients may experience swelling, bruising, or pain at the injection sites that typically subside within a few days.

What results can you expect from the PlasmaSculpt® Facial Rejuvenation treatment?

Most important is the mixing concentrations, depths and strategic placement for a safe and effective outcome. The visible effects may begin subtly as early as 2 weeks but more reliably at 2 months. Then, over the subsequent 3-6 months, final results are obtained. Many people may be happy with just one session but three treatment sessions are generally recommended, spaced 1-2 months apart, to achieve the best outcome.

How long will your results last?

Every patient is unique and results can typically last anywhere between 2-7 years. The longevity of your results depends on the quality of the existing skin, tissue laxity and surrounding bone loss. Traditional fillers typically last three to six months.

How long does the treatment last?

During your treatment, most of the time is taken to further educate you on the PlasmaSculpt® procedure and how to achieve your desired results. Our PlasmaSculpt treatment can last anywhere between 60-90 minutes from start to finish.

Is there downtime after the treatment?

After your PlasmaSculpt® Facial Rejuvenation treatment, some patients may experience swelling, bruising, or pain at the treatment site that may subside within a few days to a week.

PRF

I like to call Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) the fountain of youth and it is my personal favorite.
WHAT MAKES EZPRF (FDA approved

ezPRF Centrifuge)

BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL PRP OR PRFM?
1. MORE CELLS!

Not only does EZPRF contain more platelets per mcL, it also has leukocytes (WBC) & mesenchymal stem cells!

We could also call it the "Platelet, Leukocyte & Mesenchymal-stem-cells Concentrate”, but that would be a bit long, wouldn’t it? (#PLMC)

2. FIBRIN SCAFFOLD!

The fact that the plasma actually clots into fibrin allows for a much slower release of the Growth factor and cytokines.

We have more cells, resulting in more GFs, kept alive longer and released for a much longer period of time.

What Is PRF?

PRF, or platelet-rich fibrin, is the next generation treatment of platelet concentrate. PRF is a fibrin matrix comprised of platelet cytokines, growth factors and cells used to help promote skin rejuvenation, hair growth and wound healing.

How Is PRF Different From Traditional Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)?

MORE CELLS = MORE GROWTH FACTORS

FRIBRIN SCAFFOLD = LONGER RELEASE OF GROWTH FACTORS

NO ANTICOAGULANT!

UP TO 10X PLATELET CONCENTRATION

Because there is no anticoagulant in the tube that the blood is collected, the plasma actually forms a platelet and white blood cell-rich fibrin scaffold once injected into the treatment area. The fibrin clot allows for a much slower and longer release of the growth factors and cytokines (up to 1 week versus few hours with PRP), again resulting in more clinical results.

Hence, PRF contain more platelets per mcL than PRP. Additionally, PRF also has leukocytes (WBC) & mesenchymal stem cells, unlike PRP, resulting in more potential clinical results.

How Does PRF Work?

Fibrin is a biological scaffold that forms in response to an injury anywhere in the body. Platelets circulating in the blood will bind to a scaffold of fibrin. When platelets bind to the fibrin scaffold, they become activated and release growth factors, which start the wound healing process by creating new skin cells, collagen and blood vessels. By injecting PRF into an area on the face or scalp, a controlled inflammatory response is created, which kick starts new cell growth and collagen production.

How Is PRF Used?

PRF is used to address many of the same issues as PRP, but PRF releases growth factors for much longer, up to one week, versus PRP which releases growth factors for few hours. This means that PRF could have better longer-term benefits. The growth factors are what stimulate the stem cells to improve collagen and elastin in the skin. The platelets in PRF are thought to be more robust than those in PRP, and to therefore promote faster healing.

The prepared PRF is immediately ready for injection into the face to fill facial folds and wrinkles, to plump the hollows under the eyes and dark circles, and to improve skin tone and texture. The PRF can also be injected into the scalp to aid with hair restoration and growth.

How Does PRF Treat The Undereye Loose Skin And Dark Circles?

The skin under the eyes is one of the thinnest skin on our body. It can be one of the first areas that show signs of aging.  PRF is one of the ideal treatments that improves this area and can be a better option than heat-based skin tightening devices.

PRF can also enhance the results of fillers under the eyes. Injecting fillers under the eyes, can instantly improve the hollowness under the eyes and is a fabulous treatment to instantly rejuvenate this area. However, too much fillers under the eyes can make the eyes look puffy or cause a bluish tinge if injected too superficially. Also, it can be very difficult to treat the dark circles only with fillers. Injecting PRF in additional to the fillers can significantly enhance the results of the fillers by tightening the loose skin under the eyes and improving the dark circles.

How long does PRF last?

Long-term effects, such as skin tightening, collagen production and enhanced skin quality, may take up to three to four months to be noticed and can last from six to 12 months. The visibility of expected benefits and results of the PRF treatment is typically seen after six weeks from initial treatment.

(Blood draw is required, make sure you drink plenty of water and stay hydrated 24 hours prior to treatment)

Bio Filler

It's all you

Considering going 100% natural with BIOLOGICAL PRF FILLER?

PRF the most advanced regenerative science in facial aesthetics.

Bio-Filler technology is 100% all-natural way to use PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) as a natural biological filler (Bio-Filler).

Liquid Facelift with Bio Plasma Filler, one of my most favorite treatments and here is why

Understand the aging process

Changes to the skin, fat, muscle, and bone are all part of the natural facial aging process. When one of these layers begin to change, a domino effect starts changing the other layers.

Aging skin naturally loses collagen, elasticity, and volume. The dermis thins and the fibroblast population declines, reducing the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. As collagen decreases skin laxity and wrinkling become apparent. Our skin also loses moisture because the hydrophilic hyaluronic acid concentration declines. Consequently, the dermis loses turgidity, resulting in volume loss and unesthetic changes.

Collagen is the main structural protein found in the skin. As we age, the dermis (the middle layer of skin) thins due to collagen loss. Starting at the age of 20 collagen production drops around 1% in the dermis per year, and by the mid-30s the decrease is visible via a duller complexion, thinner skin and wrinkles.

Collagen depletion speeds up in women during menopause. There is no way to estimate exactly how much collagen is lost at a given age because many factors play into its depletion. Someone with a diet high in sugar that smokes and spends lots of time in the sun will have less healthy collagen than someone who uses proper skincare, eats a well-balanced diet and maintains a healthy lifestyle. Elastin, which helps your skin “bounce back” also thins with age. Without it’s ability to maintain structure, thinning skin forms and retains wrinkles and imprinted lines more easily.

As we age, the organized groups of fat in the face (known as fat pads) begin to shrink and fall. This causes the fat pads to shift around, and make bony features, lines, and wrinkles more visible. This is most commonly observed under the eyes as “bags” begin to form with age.

As our fat pads begin to fall, our skull is also changing shape. The craniofacial skeleton changes because of bone expansion and bone resorption. The resorption of bone causes it to thin, removing structural support for the overlying tissues. This loss of support is characterized by sagging and droopy skin. This is commonly observed around the eyes, as the bone shape transforms from oval to square, or in the jawline as it elongates and loses its prominence.

In order to rejuvenate a face we need concentrate PRF & Albumin (Albumin is the most abundant circulating protein which carries various substances throughout your body, including hormones, vitamins, and enzymes).

The wound healing brings 0.5% to 0.2% Mesenchymal Stem Cells

which mobilizes Growth and Stem cells most commonly from peripheral blood, unbiblical cord, fat and bone marrow, (can self-renew by dividing and can differentiate into multiple tissues including bone, cartilage, muscle and fat cells, and connective tissue).

Fat Cells yield the highest levels of autologous mesenchymal Stem cells found in the adipose tissue (Fat) along with growth factors. The wound healing will regenerate new fat cells from the stem cells and build new fat pads along with cell new growth collagen production, blood vessels, promote epithelial cell growth (Epithelial cells are a type of cell that lines the surfaces of your body), angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels), growth and new generation of keratinocytes (an epidermal cell which produces keratin), ascular endothelial and endothelial cells (Signals from endothelial cells organize the growth and development of connective tissue cells that form the surrounding layers of the blood-vessel wall). Stimulating collagenesis and hyaluronic acid content within aging skin will overcome these changes.

That means your skin will be naturally reproducing itself for months after the injections.

Bring up the Heat

Heating your blood plasma makes FILLERS last longer by several months

A crucial benefit of this treatment is that

the wound healing will regenerate new fat cells from the stem cells and build new fat pads along with cell new growth collagen production, blood vessels, promote epithelial cell growth, angiogenesis, growth and new generation of keratinocytes, ascular endothelial and endothelial cells.

That means your skin will be naturally reproducing itself for months after the injections.

A scientifically proven way to extend the life of natural facial fillers by creating an exclusive heating process. Heating of blood plasma extends the working properties of PRF by several months (also called e-PRF). While one of the previous limitations of PRP was its faster resorption rate when compared to PRF, the Bio-Heat system greatly extends the life of PRF allowing many patients to achieve results that elast between four and six months.

What Are the Benefits of Natural Facial Fillers (Bio-Fillers)?

The benefits offered by techniques that utilize natural solutions for facial rejuvenation are numerous, allowing patients to achieve a more youthful appearance and long-lasting results. Natural facial fillers can:

* Smooth away signs of wrinkles and creases along the forehead and between the eyebrows

* Smooth away signs of crow’s feet

* Fill in hollows under the eyes

* Enhance volume in the cheeks

* Minimize signs of nasolabial folds (lines between the nose and mouth)

* Minimize signs of “smoker’s” lines around the mouth

* Add volume and enhance contour in the lips

* Create more defined chin contours

* Enhance definition of the jawline

* Improve signs of mild acne scarring

* Enhance firmness

* Improve texture and tone

Profound RF

What is Profound RF?

It combines microneedling and radiofrequency technologies for an advanced skin tightening and rejuvenating effect. It’s designed to stimulate new elastin, collagen and hyaluronic acid – the critical building blocks that keep the skin smooth and elastic.

Radiofrequency devices (RF) use groundbreaking technology for tightening up the skin. Radiofrequency is commonly referred to as a treatment that can have a ‘shrink-wrapping’ effect. Typically, it does this by heating the lower layers of the skin (the dermis) to 42 degrees C, but the Profound RF penetrates much deeper into the facial tissues heating them to 67 degrees C, therefore stimulating a much stronger response.

The radiofrequency energy also makes the skin believe it’s injured, kickstarting lazy collagen and elastin into frenetic activity and encouraging growth factors and new collagen to heal the perceived wounds. In due course, this will show up on the surface as smoother, firmer and tighter skin.

When radiofrequency is combined with microneedling, as it is with this device, the heat is delivered much deeper into the skin, promoting further cell regeneration.

The Profound RF can also target and melt the fat pad under the chin to give a more refined contour to the jawline. Not only will this lift the face, but it also addresses fine lines, wrinkles and textural concerns.

The Profound RF isn’t your usual skin tightening treatment – it’s doctor-led and requires approximately one week of downtime as the skin heals. However, as a one-off treatment that produces results lasting several years, this is expected.

Firstly, the Profound RF is four times more powerful than the Morpheus8. It delivers energy deeper into the tissues and for a longer amount of time, allowing us to achieve optimum protein denaturation within one single treatment. This means that the Profound RF stimulates the production of elastin by about five-fold, we double collagen levels in the skin and dramatically increase hyaluronic acid levels.

Clinically, this translates into tighter skin that’s regained its youthful bounce, lifting of the jowls, significantly reduced lines and wrinkles, and the Profound RF can even target the fat pad under the chin to lift and refine the jawline.

Profound RF studies show a remarkable 100% response rate for reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and a 95% response rate for improving sagging skin. It’s a one-off treatment that can deliver 1/3 of a facelift result in a single treatment and results last for several years.

It’s not only ideal for a patient in their 30-40’s as a way of preventing wrinkling and volume loss from ensuing, but also ideal for that patient who is in their 50-70s as a way of treating wrinkles and skin laxity that has already ensued. The results typically last 2-5 years.

WHAT IS ELASTIN?

Elastin is a protein that coils and recoils like a spring within the elastic fibers of connective tissue in the body – like your skin. Elastin is what makes your skin, heart, lungs and many other tissues elastic so that they can get snap back into shape after stretching or contracting.

WHY IS ELASTIN IMPORTANT?

Elastin works together in your skin with collagen. Elastin provides elasticity and collagen (another protein in your skin) provides structure to keep your skin smooth and firm.

HOW DO YOU BUILD NEW ELASTIN?

Elastin is normally no longer made after puberty and aging begins. In order to build new elastin, you need to cause a certain amount of damage to the skin by heating for example, so that the elastin starts to break down. Then a healing process can begin to build new elastin.

WHAT IS THE EFFECT OF A LACK OF ELASTIN AND COLLAGEN AS WE AGE?

Starting in our mid 20’s, elastin starts to break down, becoming less elastin and losing its spring. think of a lumpy mattress as the springs become old and lose their ability to recoil.

WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD TO BUILD ELASTIN AND COLLAGEN??

Profound is a clinically proven* treatment that builds elastin and collagen. By carefully heating the skin’s elastin and collagen to an exact temperature for an exact amount of time, Profound leads to the creation of new elastin and collagen to repair aging skin.

Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is a procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The skin that grows back is smoother. With a light or medium peel, you may need to undergo the procedure more than once to get the desired results.

Chemical peels are used to treat wrinkles, discolored skin and scars — usually on the face. They can be done alone or combined with other cosmetic procedures. And they can be done at different depths, from light to deep. Deeper chemical peels offer more-dramatic results but also take longer to recover from.

Why it's done

A chemical peel is a skin-resurfacing procedure. Depending on the issues you're addressing with the procedure, you'll choose a chemical peel in one of three depths:

  • Light chemical peel.

A light (superficial) chemical peel removes the outer layer of skin (epidermis). It's used to treat fine wrinkles, acne, uneven skin tone and dryness. You might have a light peel every two to five weeks.

  • Medium chemical peel.

A medium chemical peel removes skin cells from the epidermis and from portions of the upper part of your middle layer of skin (dermis). It's used to treat wrinkles, acne scars and uneven skin tone. You might need to repeat the procedure to achieve or maintain the desired result.

AquaFacial & Hydrafacial  patented technology

AquaFacial is a resurfacing treatment that clears out your pores, plus it hydrates your skin. The four-step treatment includes cleansing, exfoliating, extractive, and hydrating the skin with serums that are infused into pores with the HydraPeel Tip, a pen-like device. "The serums have anti-aging and antioxidant properties and are tailored to address the specific needs of the patients,"

What Happens During the AquaFacial?

The HydraFacial treatment starts with cleansing by removing the dead skin cells and excess sebum from the skin. Next, a mix of salicylic and glycolic acids are applied to the skin to break up any dirt and oil that's clogging pores. Then, the HydraPeel Tip is used to essentially vacuum out blackheads, dirt, oil, and impurities, while hydrating, plumping, and nourishing serums are simultaneously applied to the skin.

What Are the AquaFacial  Skincare Benefits?

A AquaFacial treatment can improve your skin in a ton of ways. Its many benefits include a more hydrated, bright, plump, and clear complexion. Plus, it can also improve signs of aging. "The treatment reduces fine lines and wrinkles, increases firmness, evens tone, texture, and brown spots, as well as reducing enlarged pores”.

12

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses an exfoliating blade to skim dead skin cells and vellus hair “ peach fuzz” from your face. Dermaplaning aims to make your skin’s surface smooth, youthful, and radiant.

Your skin is exposed daily to harsh environmental toxins, irritants, and sun damage. This can cause the top layer of your skin to appear dull, and it can make you look aged. Dermaplaning clears away those damaged skin cells so newer skin cells are what you see when you look in the mirror.
You may be advised to add a chemical peel to your dermaplaning treatment. Right after dermaplaning, your skin is able to deeply absorb and benefit from a chemical peel in a way it can’t at other times.

13

Dissolving Filler

What is Hyaluronidase?

It is a naturally occurring enzyme that’s used to break down hyaluronic acid–based fillers.

The hyaluronic acid (HA) that’s the key ingredient in many dermal fillers is a polysaccharide that occurs naturally in the body. In skin, it resides in the extracellular matrix, alongside collagen, elastin, and connective tissue, to provide plumpness and structure—the very qualities you may desire when pursuing filler. However, if you’re unhappy with your HA filler results or are experiencing complications, the use of hyaluronidase can resolve the situation.

Hyaluronidases is able to dissolve subcutaneous nodules or to correct excessive quantities of injected filler.

How long does Hyaluronidase take to work?

It takes two the three days for hyaluronidase to break down filler, with most of the action happening within the first 24 hours. Over the next couple weeks, your body will continue to resorb the remaining hyaluronic acid molecules, after which you’ll see your final results.

For some patients, one round of injections is sufficient. For others, several rounds may be needed. A patient’s own body chemistry can impact the efficacy of or the speed at which the enzyme works.

Weight Loss Injections

Semaglutide is used for weight loss in specific patients, and also to lower blood sugar levels, and to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke in certain patients. Semaglutide is a GLP-1 agonist that works by increasing insulin release, lowering the amount of glucagon released, delaying gastric emptying, and reducing appetite. Semaglutide helps you to lose weight and maintain weight loss and should be combined with diet and exercise.

Tirzepatide works for weight loss by decreasing appetite and slowing the movement of food from the stomach into the small intestine, which may make you feel full more quickly and for a longer period of time. FDA-approved for weight loss in adults with obesity or who are overweight and have weight-related medical problems. Zepbound helps you to lose weight and maintain weight loss and should be combined with diet and exercise.

Normally, when we eat, natural hormones called GIP and GLP-1 are released by the gut. These hormones increase insulin release, suppress appetite, slow gastric emptying, and increase the feeling of fullness. Tirzeptide works like our natural hormones GIP and GLP-1 by activating the GIP and GLP-1 receptors.

Tirzepatide is a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide works (mechanism of action) by activating both GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) hormone receptors.

Pure Exosomes & Lyophilized Exosomes

A newborn’s skin is Mother Nature’s masterpiece at birth, but the ravages of time, toxins, and sun damage deteriorate this perfection as we age.  Why not re-create the conditions that created this masterpiece?

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles generated by all cells in the body and they carry nucleic acids, proteins, lipids, and metabolites. They are the work horse messenger cell of our stem cells that seek out inflammation and work to heal and regenerate damage within the body. At birth we are approximately 96% stem cells, so we heal, regenerate, and grow much more rapidly and efficiently. As we age our exosome count drops dramatically, by the age of 80 years old we are only around 7% stem cells. This contributes to our body’s inability to heal and regenerate as we get older making us age at a much more rapid pace. For example: As a child if we were to break a bone we would heal, and our bodies would regenerate that bone tissue rapidly because we have more exosomes to push out to do the work.  As an elderly person if they break a bone, it could potentially put them in the hospital or even worse, it could be fatal, because their bodies are deficient in these cells needed to heal and regenerate.

Non Lyophilized Exosomes is an unadulterated and optimal combination of peptides, exosomes, micro RNA, and growth factors, in a pure amniotic fluid suspension.   Additionally, the nourishing layers of the umbilical cord (aka Wharton’s Jelly) are blended with the amniotic fluid, to preserve Mother Nature’s perfection in creating the optimal environment for tissue growth and development.

Exosomes is a full-strength, premium topical aesthetic designed to maximize the effects of Mother Nature's Miracle (amniotic fluid and Wharton's jelly). Complex and intricate signaling pathways between the various growth factors in this pure and unadulterated carrier create an optimal environment for growth and regeneration.

Why culture, modify or dilute Mother Nature’s Perfection?

A product that theoretically bolsters the building of a robust collagen facial foundation while ameliorating the external signs of aging, Exosomes supports the delivery of the entire "symphonic orchestra" needed for growth and regeneration: exosomes, growth factors, microRNA, and peptides. By preserving the signaling pathways between these regenerative agents in this finely tuned orchestra, the most beautiful music is made.
